3 Simple Ways To Better Your Health
--
Ahh January, the month of new beginnings. New year, new you. You are bright eyed and enthusiastic about your goals, especially your health and fitness goals. You Have these grandiose plans to get in shape and get the body of your dreams. You join gyms, hire personal trainers, get up early, stop drinking and anything else you can think of that will get you the outcome that you desire. Enthusiasm is high and you feel energized to get started. Then February hits and it gets a little harder. You aren’t seeing the results you want and are finding it hard to get motivated. You miss all of the food you gave up and you are always tired. Your positive mindset is in the toilet and now you just want to go to happy hour and eat tacos. Nobody is saying give up Facebook or Instagram, just don’t check it 10–15 times a day. Drink your daily glass of wine, just not your daily bottle of wine. Now once you get into a routine and lifestyle of consuming less, then you can decide whether or not if you want to quit something altogether. During this pandemic, I rarely drink alcohol and cook 90% of my meals but I still occasionally order out and drink a few glasses of wine. It all started with moderation and it took off from there. These two things have made a world of difference to my health. I focus better, feel great and get better quality sleep.
- Drink more water. Since water is the key to life, why not drink more of it. Nothing on this earth is made or produced without water. It is the elixir of life, it makes everything go. It is the best…
